Project Overview
The company, Tradeling, partnered with Baharnani Exhibitions in creating a bespoke modular exhibition stand, 3m x 3m, to promote its B2B platform. The primary objective of the exercise was the creation of an effective and appealing show booth that would effectively communicate the advantages of using the digital platform, and at the same time attract prospective clients. The concept of the stand was to ensure visibility and communication in an area where there was limited space for display purposes and facilitate fast interaction with visitors.
Client Requirement
Tradeling needed a clean, professional show booth that could effectively communicate its B2B marketplace services in a very small space. The booth had to highlight crucial offerings such as certified merchants, ease of trading digitally and accessibility to the platform, while urging the visitor to participate quickly. The customer also desired high visibility for branding and an open, friendly and functional layout, despite the modest size of the booth.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
Our team designed a tiny modular booth concept centered on visibility, simplicity and effective communication.
The stand had.
- Tall logo panels for greater visibility
- Easy visitor access with open front design
- Product graphics and platform specific graphic renditions
- “Compact” interaction counter for fast talks
- well integrated trademark colours for better recall
- Minimal and clutterless booth structure
The fabrication method aimed to design a lightweight, eye-catching booth with maximum utilization of the limited space.
