Project Overview
Baharnani Exhibitions designed and built a 4m x 4m bespoke display stand for Rently for the Pay Later event. The goal of the project was to develop a small, yet powerful branded booth that would be a highly effective way to exhibit Rently’s “Pay Later” solution, draw in walk-in visitors, generate leads, and facilitate quick product contact. The exhibition stand sought to offer a professional and engaging visitor experience by integrating clear visual communication, effective layout planning and modern branding within a limited exhibition space.
Client Requirement
Rently needed a small, highly visible booth that could deliver the message of its “Pay Later” service in a small footprint. The booth required to facilitate fast visitor contact, easy product understanding and efficient lead generation during the event. The customer also wanted the stand to look modern and professional, but also to be as useful and accessible as possible within the area allowed.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
We devised a small modular booth concept for visibility, accessibility and effective communication.
The stand featured:
- A bold fascia system to maximize brand visibility
- Digital screen integrated into design for product demonstrations
- An open front design for easy accessibility
- Number of quick engagement interactions
- Color palette that is modern and on brand
- Use of space that is not overly cluttered
The fabrication process was based on creating an extremely light, functional display area to allow for quick interaction with visitors.
Project Outcome
The exhibition stand was a success in providing a professional and visually branded experience for Rently at the Pay Later event. Final implementation of the exhibit proved helpful in:
