Project Overview
Baharnani Exhibitions created and constructed a 6m x 6m bespoke double-storey brand activation stand for Talabat at the e& Beach Canteen event. The project’s purpose was to develop and deliver a dynamic and compelling seaside brand experience combining hospitality, customer engagement and experiential marketing in a busy outdoor area. The project includes unique stand design, fabrication, branding integration, activation setup and full on-site execution support to deliver a smooth and memorable consumer experience during the event.

Client Requirement
Talabat was looking for a head-turning outdoor activation stand that would increase brand visibility and offer an engaging and fun customer experience on the beach. It must accommodate many visitors, attract visitors to walk in and make connections, and fuse hospitality with an engaging brand experience. Our client needed an innovative solution that not only portrayed the lively nature of the brand of Talabat, but also allowed ease of interaction with customers and operations.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
We conceptualized an exciting two-level activation concept with emphasis on visibility, accessibility, and interaction with customers.
Features at the stand were:
- Bright orange brand-focused structure for a high visual impact
- Double storey design for better attractiveness and usage of space
- Open access points to facilitate seamless flow of visitors
- Built-in counters for order and interaction
- Materials & finishes suitable for beach
- Multi-angle branding exposure around venue
The fabrication technique was to generate a robust and visually attractive outdoor activation environment that could sustain the ongoing interaction of visitors.
