Project Overview
The Baharnani Exhibition Company has been able to design a bespoke exhibition stand of 6 meters x 6 meters for RIT during an exhibition event titled 'Back to School' in Dubai, UAE. This exhibition was designed with the intention of offering a high tech experience to both visitors and students, in order to show the high tech teaching methods used at RIT. All of this was done through the provision of total exhibition stand design, construction, branding, digital displays, and on-site installation assistance.

Client Requirement
A state-of-the-art exhibition booth in Dubai was needed by RIT to ensure that the interaction created between visitors and the institution was engaging and efficient throughout the 5-day period. It was important that the booth reflected the technological nature of the institution but at the same time retained an inviting design for the students. The client also wanted interactive digital elements that would increase booth engagement and improve visitor experience throughout the event.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
We have created an exhibition stand design which includes the following features that concentrate on visibility, interaction, and efficient visitors' movements.
Our stand included:
- Graphics on a large scale to ensure maximum visibility
- Central digital display with campus software and innovative projects presented there
