Project Overview
Baharnani Exhibitions developed and constructed a special thematic exhibition stand of 5m x 5m for FAB for the Emirati Women’s Day commemoration event. The initiative sought to develop a culturally inspired, emotionally engaging brand experience that highlighted Emirati heritage, elegance and hospitality and strengthened FAB’s relationship with tourists. The stand was intended to be a luxury lounge-style experience space, blending historic aesthetics with modern display execution, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for meaningful connection and engagement.
Client Requirement
FAB was looking for a premium exhibition stand that would mark Emirati Women’s Day in a rich, culturally savvy style. The booth had to be inviting so visitors could interact, relax and connect with the business in a meaningful way and feel comfortable doing so. The customer also wanted the exhibition space to showcase Emirati history through exquisite décor, warm materials and lounge-style seating while keeping a professional and current brand identity.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
As a team we designed a Majlis-inspired lounge concept focused on comfort, cultural narrative and emotional involvement.
The following were incorporated into the exhibit design:
- Elegant lounge-style seating configuration
- Elements of heritage within a warm color scheme
- Representation of Emirati culture via draperies and wood finishes
- Semi-open design concept for easy access
- Lighting to generate an atmosphere of hospitality
- Elements for effective brand representation.
The objective in the construction of this exhibit was to establish an elegant space that combines the two aspects effectively.
Visitor Experience Features
The stand was meant to provide a leisurely engagement and lengthened guest journey in a premium, hospitality-inspired setting.
The key features were:
- Comfortable majlis-style seating places
- Warm and friendly visitor flow planning
- Heritage-inspired decor and styling
- Premium Lighting & Visual Presentation
- Open access interaction space
- Seamless and subtle brand integration
These elements contributed to create a distinctive and emotional visitor experience in the spirit of Emirati Women’s Day.
Project Outcome
The expo booth provided a culturally rich and physically attractive brand experience for FAB. The final execution helped:
