Project Overview
Baharnani Exhibitions developed and built a 6m x 4m custom thematic exhibition stand for FAB. The display was a culturally inspired lounge experience, focused on comfort, interaction and premium brand presentation. The idea aimed to create a friendly space where guests could relax, meet and connect with the FAB brand in a more intimate and meaningful way. The exhibition stand was conceived as a cozy, friendly place in a small exhibition room with lounge-style hospitality, unobtrusive branding and aspects of cultural design.
Client Requirement
FAB needed a luxury, yet comfortable exhibition stand that would provide a culturally inspired visitor experience, whilst also retaining a professional brand image. Lounge seating and open accessibility and friendly ambiance encouraged lengthier visitor interaction with the booth. The customer also wanted the stand to express cultural aesthetics in a subtle and beautiful way without overwhelming the entire show atmosphere.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
Our team created an exhibition concept based on a lounge, focusing on comfort, accessibility and emotional interaction.
The stand included:
- Sofa-style seating arrangement for casual interaction
- Cultural design style influenced central carpet zone
- Semi-open layout to enable smooth mobility of visitors
- Small interaction and service desk
- Ornamental design elements and pattern highlights for cultural appeal
- Warm lights and luxury finishes create a welcoming atmosphere
The approach to fabrication was to achieve a balance of a current level of exhibition with hospitality inspired design to produce an elegant yet approachable setting.
Visitor Experience Features
The design of the exhibition stand was made for pleasant contact and also for a prolonged visitor engagement.
