Project Overview
Baharnani Exhibitions developed and built a bespoke 8m x 6m island exhibition stand for FAB’s CX Day customer engagement event. The goal of the project was to provide a highly interactive and technology-driven experience zone that would improve customer engagement, increase brand visibility and provide memorable brand interactions throughout the event. The scope of work included everything from end-to-end exhibition stand design, production, branding integration, interactive technology integration and installation assistance to ensure seamless execution and optimal audience interaction.

Client Requirement
FAB needed a premium customer experience display stand to drive high levels of audience engagement at their CX Day event. The booth needed to reflect the brand’s reputation as innovative, and include fun activities that would drive visitor engagement and unique customer experiences. The client also desired a number of specific engagement zones that can improve visitor retention, facilitate smooth crowd movement and enhance overall brand recall at the event.
Our Design & Fabrication Approach
Our team produced an immersive island booth concept that was built around visibility, engagement and quality execution of the customer experience.
The stand contained:
- Large circular overhead branding structure for optimal visibility
- Modern curving entrance architecture with a welcoming feel
- Partially enclosed interactive engagement areas
- Digital Kiosks & Touchpoints
- Strategic planning of tourist traffic for smooth flow
- Lighting for brand and high-end visual display
- Greenery aspects to blend technology and comfort
The design concept combines contemporary exhibition materials with custom-made structures and technology interfaces to produce a polished and engaging exhibition experience.
Interactive Features
The exhibit stand proved to be one of the main draws with the combination of physical interaction activities and digital interactive features that ensured constant traffic flow through the duration of the event.
The exhibit stand included:
