Project Overview
Baharnani Exhibitions developed and built a custom modular exhibition stand of 4m x 4m for Careem at LEAP and DeepFest technology events. The project was to develop a clean and professional exhibition presence that would highlight Careem’s ride-hailing and delivery services and appeal to technology professionals, business visitors and potential partners. The challenge was to create a small yet powerful booth experience that would mix good branding, digital communication and smooth visitor interaction in a limited exhibition space.

Client Requirement
Careem needed a sleek, basic exhibition stand to reflect the professional setting of LEAP and DeepFest. The booth was required to establish high brand awareness, ensure quick visitor contact and easy understanding of Careem's mobility and delivery services. The customer also wanted a neat arrangement that looked expensive with a technology focus without cluttering the display space.
